Blessing

The boys were blessed in July.

Lack of Sleep

Bringing home babies was a very exhausting time for us. Some nights we were lucky to get more than a couple of hours of sleep.

At The Hospital

Zachary stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks and Brayden was there for 4. Because they were so early they had not yet developed the "sucking" reflex. Other than that they were pretty healthy. Brayden did have a few oxygen problems. He was on a C-pap machine for one day and then was on and off oxygen until he came home. They were eating 36 and 42 ml when they first arrived home...I can't believe how little that is now that they are eating 7 and 8 ounces.

Babies First Pictures

Well, the boys arrived over six weeks early after six weeks of bed rest. We had no names picked out but that didn't seem to matter. We named Brayden first as he had been "Baby B"...and Chris finally gave me Zachary as he thought he looked like me. Brayden weighed in at 4 lbs 2 oz and Zachary was 5 lbs 1 oz.
